We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs for employees, utilizing a variety of tools and resources to enhance learning and development. The ideal candidate will travel to all of our clinics to train on IT Systems.

Job Duties:

The Systems Trainer is responsible for training, developing, implementing, and evaluating employee development plans and programs to support the organizational needs of the firm. This position may work in partnership with the firm's outsourced legal based training firm an will assist the flow of information, meeting coordination, and training needs between the firm and the training firm. The position is also responsible for providing advanced end user troubleshooting of Word, Adobe, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs using various platforms and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, and other software.

- Conduct training sessions on topics including systems, software troubleshooting, help desk support, and operating systems.

- Create engaging training materials incorporating multimedia elements like Adobe Illustrator to enhance learning experiences.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.

- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

- Proven experience in training development and delivery.

- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, and other training software.

- Knowledge of operating systems including Linux.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to vaticinate potential training needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
